Agreement
These terms govern your use of corporatenoise.com, operated by Neon Groove LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Corporate Noise ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:
• scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as these terms allow;
• interfere with the site's operation or security;
• submit false, misleading, or abusive information through the contact form;
• use the site to send spam or unsolicited offers.
We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Quotes and inquiries
Information on the site, including any pricing, packages, or estimates, is for general information only. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding quote, and a contact form submission is a request for information, not a booking. Neither party is obligated to provide or buy services until both sign a written agreement. That agreement, not these terms, controls any services we provide.
Content and intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, logos, graphics, photos, video, design, and code, belong to Neon Groove LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Corporate Noise and related logos are our trademarks. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display site content, or use our name or marks, without our written permission. Event photos and video on the site may show clients, venues, and artists; those parties keep whatever rights they hold in their own names, marks, and likenesses.
Your submissions
By sending us anything through the site, including form submissions and emails, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may use it to respond to you and provide services. We don't claim ownership of your event details. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or embed third-party sites, social media, and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Groove LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you. These limits don't apply to services under a signed agreement; that agreement sets its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
