Who we are
Corporate Noise is a brand of Neon Groove LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through corporatenoise.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Dr, STE 14026, Austin, TX 78702. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), event type, and the event details you choose to share. Form submissions are emailed to us. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. The site is hosted on Framer, which provides privacy-friendly site analytics such as page views, referring sites, general location by country or region, and browser and device type. We may also use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect things like your IP address, device identifiers, the pages you viewed, and whether you arrived through one of our ads. How we use it
• To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes.
• To plan and deliver services if you hire us.
• To understand how the site is used and fix problems.
• To measure whether our ads work and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our services, including people who have visited this site.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
• Service providers: Framer (hosting and analytics), our email provider, and other vendors who help us run the business. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Advertising partners: Meta, Google, and TikTok, when their pixels are active on the site. They receive information about your visit through cookies and pixels and handle it under their own privacy policies.
• Legal: when required by law or court order, or to protect the safety and rights of us or others.
• Business transfers: if Neon Groove LLC is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money.
California residents
California law gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We don't sell personal information for money. Sending visit data to advertising partners through pixels may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out two ways:
• Email matt@corporatenoise.com with "Opt out" in the subject line.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or through a browser extension. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sharing for that browser.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may ask for proof of authorization. We don't use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under California law. We don't respond to Do Not Track signals, which have no agreed standard, but we do honor GPC.
In the past 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (event inquiries and details), internet activity (site usage, cookie and pixel data), and general location. Sources are you, your browser and device, and our advertising partners.
EU and UK visitors
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on these legal bases: steps before a contract or performance of one (responding to inquiries and delivering services), legitimate interests (running and securing the site, basic analytics), consent (advertising and non-essential analytics cookies), and legal obligation. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We are located in the United States, so your information is transferred here. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards with our vendors. Non-essential cookies are set only after you consent through the cookie banner.
Your choices
• Ad settings: adjust Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. TikTok ad settings are in the TikTok app.
• Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.
• Email: we only email you about your inquiry unless you ask for more. Tell us anytime if you want us to stop.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and quote information is kept as long as needed to respond and, if you hire us, for the life of the project plus the period that tax, accounting, and legal rules require. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool. Email is deleted when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable measures, including encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable vendors. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Exercising your rights
Email matt@corporatenoise.com. Tell us what you want and which email address or phone number you used. We verify requests by replying to the address on file and respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days in California and one month in the EU and UK.

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
